Repair of washing equipment malfunctioning due to failure to follow programmed wash cycle

The cause of the malfunction was a damaged automatic program controller for the washing equipment, rendering it unable to execute all steps.

During inspection, it was discovered that the micro-synchronous motor of the automatic controller malfunctioned. When the main stator winding of the motor in the large-depth washing equipment was opened or shorted, the stator could not generate alternating magnetic flux, short-circuit could not induce current, and the rotor could not start running. Moreover, the automatic transmission mechanism could not be engaged, causing the washing machine to be unable to follow the predetermined program.

Remove the plastic protective cover of the washing machine's automatic controller, measure the resistance between the motor's pull rods using an ohmmeter R * 1k, and determine if the motor is damaged based on the resistance value.

The normal resistance of the magnetic pole winding is between 27.8-28.4kQ. If there is no resistance value or the resistance value is too low, it indicates that the main pole winding of the motor is open-circuited or there is a severe short circuit. At this point, use a cross-head wrench to push the self-tapping screw and remove it to take off the transmission gear assembly, then remove the damaged motor. Clamp the end of the motor's front housing with a vise.

Do not over-tighten the clamp to prevent the outer shell of industrial large washing machines and laundry equipment from deforming, which may cause the internal coil's plastic winding to crack. Then, find a flat punch and gently tap the outer edge of the motor's rear shell. This will allow you to remove and separate the motor's front and rear shells. Remove the washing machine's magnetic pole winding, then use your fingers or a thin iron plate to gently lift the protective cover from the recessed groove to inspect the extent of the magnetic pole winding damage. If the winding is severely burned, it must be re-wound.
