Ironing Machine Application Methods

Using the correct methods with industrial ironing machines can enhance the ironing effect of linen, improve the finish, and also reduce costs and the likelihood of machine malfunctions.

Therefore, proper use of industrial ironing machines is particularly important for users.

For industrial ironing machines, these are devices used to heat and apply pressure to linen fabric. Therefore, to use it correctly, you first need to reach a certain temperature, then the linen passes through its rollers at a certain speed, being flattened under the dual action of heat and pressure.

Proper usage instructions are as follows.

1. Conduct checks on the machine's air supply and ensure it's functioning properly. Inspect for any other abnormalities and ensure the roller surface is clean. Observe the conveyor belt's running position for any deviations or excessive oil stains, and make timely adjustments. Before use, we should adjust and carry out major repairs for any machines with anomalies.

Power on the machine by pressing the buttons on the computer board, then set the speed of the industrial ironing machine.

3. Preheating: Regardless of the heating method required for the industrial ironing machine, for electrically heated models, we can turn on the electric heating switch. The temperature display is only available once the temperature reaches above 100 degrees.

Manufacturing

For steam-heating models, a steam pressure gauge will be produced when the steam pressure exceeds 0.3 MPa.

For gas-heated models, the machines can only be produced when the temperature reaches above 100 degrees.

At the start of production, two individuals stand on opposite sides of the industrial ironing machine, securing the linen on each side. They then transfer the linen fabric onto the conveyor belt of the ironing machine, where it sequentially passes through each roller, achieving the dual purpose of ironing and pressing.

Industrial ironing machines can be combined with laying machines and folding machines to achieve automatic integration of fabric laying and folding.

5. Our Shanghai ironing machine is adaptable to the actual conditions of ironing linen. A special reminder: always adjust the speed and be cautious with the steam pressure when using the steam ironing machine. Avoid unnecessarily increasing the steam pressure in pursuit of faster ironing speed, which could lead to a series of safety hazards until the machine reaches its production working state.

6. Shut off the heat source. To conserve energy, we typically turn off the heat 20 minutes in advance and continue production using the residual heat left in the roller.

Once all work is completed and the machine's roller is fully cooled, we can shut off the power.

7. During cleaning and maintenance, use a cloth to wipe away any residue from the roller, and promptly perform maintenance checks on the industrial ironing machine to ensure continuous stable performance.
