Solder Paste Mixing Machine Overview:

The solder paste mixer utilizes centrifugal force generated by rotation, combined with the force produced by the self-rotation at a 45-degree angle to the rotational axis, causing the solder paste inside the container to continuously move downward. Meanwhile, the solder paste at the bottom of the tube moves upward around the container, creating a whirlwind funnel-like mixing action. This action smoothly stirs and softens the solder paste, removes bubbles, and achieves an appropriate viscosity. After mixing, the solder paste exhibits good wettability, even diffusion, and excellent printing properties, enhancing the reflow process to achieve the desired fluxing performance.

b. Non-durable item: The belt for the self-rotating device. Replace promptly if damaged.

Cautionary Notes:

Absolutely no stirring allowed while the lid is open or the lock is not engaged.

2. The machine may vibrate during operation; therefore, it should be placed on a level and solid surface. In case of any abnormal reaction while the machine is in use, immediately shut off the power.

All components of the aircraft are to be powered down prior to inspection.
