I. Basic Processing:

Firstly, clean and sand the asphalt, removing road dust, laitance, oil stains, and standing water, and repair any damaged or defective areas.

2. Protect both curbs with masking tape prior to construction.

3. Close off traffic prior to construction and cover areas requiring protection, such as curbs, with a film for shielding.

4. Utilize airless spray machines for colored asphalt coating on road surfaces.

5. Approximately solidifies in 2 hours at 20℃ before being ready for traffic.

II. Construction Key Points:

Ensure the road surface is intact and clean, free of pollutants and obstructions.

2. Use appropriate filling material to mix resin mortar for repairing deep potholes or cavities in road surfaces.

3. Clean road oil stains or dirt with an appropriate cleaning agent. If rinsed with water, ensure the area is completely dried.

Before construction, ensure the road surface is dry. Use a hot air blower to dry wet surfaces, especially in winter or when frost or dew is present.

5. The newly paved asphalt surface should be allowed to settle for at least 15 days before proceeding with the construction of the colored pavement.

6. Large quantities require the use of truck-mounted mechanized construction methods to ensure the quality of work.

7. Typically, traffic is reopened 2 hours after completion of construction to ensure the asphalt coating agent has fully cured.
