    The Shanghai Xiyuan Zhonghuan D Community Business Complex project (floor area of 700,000 square meters, building height of 238 meters) presents stringent requirements for lightweight aggregate concrete due to its "deep foundation pit excavation depth of 28 meters, proximity to the Metro Line 11, and ultra-high-rise structural self-weight": density ≤ 1800 kg/m³, compressive strength ≥ lc30, shrinkage rate ≤ 0.03%.

    Our company has adjusted the product formula in response to the requirements: using shale陶粒 with particle sizes of 5-10mm as lightweight aggregates, paired with p.o42.5 cement and special admixtures. After multiple trials in the laboratory, we have finally determined the optimal mix ratio. During actual construction, the product performs as follows: 1) The density is stabilized at 1780kg/m³, reducing the structural weight by 25% compared to traditional concrete, thereby decreasing the support pressure on deep foundation pits; 2) The slump is controlled between 140-160mm, which is compatible with the intelligent lifting steel platform "Air Factory" construction method, enabling continuous pouring for 24 hours, 15 days ahead of the planned schedule; 3) Nearby the subway construction area, due to the reduced weight, the settlement of surrounding soil is kept within 3mm, meeting the safety requirements for subway operation.

    The "Material Usage Evaluation Report" issued by the general contractor of the project indicates that there were no quality issues during the construction of the product. The surface flatness error is ≤3mm, fully meeting the design requirements, and has been recommended for use in similar super-tall projects.
