Recently, the first batch of a new solid waste-based lightweight aggregate concrete has been poured in a commercial complex project in Xiong'an New Area, with the actual application effects highly recognized by the project party. The product is made with concrete slurry from mixing stations and crushed aggregates as the main raw materials, and is improved through cold bonding granulation + carbonization reinforcement technology, addressing the pain points of traditional lightweight aggregate concrete, such as "low strength and easy cracking."
Third-party testing (Report No.: jz2026013001) reveals the following actual test data for the product: 28-day compressive strength of 45.2 MPa (significantly exceeding the LC30 design standard), flexural strength of 4.7 MPa, density of 1807.6 kg/m³, and 30% lighter than traditional concrete of the same strength grade. After a 24-hour pre-wetting treatment, the shrinkage rate after 90 days is only 0.02%, and there are no cracks upon on-site casting. Moreover, the product achieves resource utilization of construction waste, with a single batch of 1000 m³ production reducing carbon emissions by 92 tons, fully meeting the project's "green construction" requirements.
Project Supervisor Feedback: "The product has a slump stability of around 150mm, with a smooth surface after casting and good molding of the positive and negative angles. We plan to continue purchasing for Phase II of the project." The product has already passed the Green Building Materials certification and can be widely used in scenarios such as floor slabs for ultra-high-rise buildings, sub-layer for large-span bridges, and backfill for basements.
