(II) Project Location and Investment Amount:

Our company plans to invest 50 million yuan in Ji'an, Jiangxi, with a planned land area of 120 acres, to be constructed over 5 years. The first phase will cover 50 acres, with a planned factory area of 15,000 m², producing 1,500 waste management vehicles and 200 waste management equipment sets, with an annual output value of 3 billion yuan. The second phase will cover 70 acres, with a planned factory area of 25,000 m², aiming to produce a total of 3,000 vehicles and 300 waste management equipment sets within 5 years, with an annual output value of 6 billion yuan. The waste management equipment will cover Jiangxi, Guangdong, Hunan, Fujian, and we will intensify research and development in waste management smart operations, city management systems, household waste sorting systems, and industrial waste sorting systems. The project is set to be constructed in a region with superior geographical location, convenient transportation, and complete public facilities such as electricity, water supply and drainage, and communication, making it highly suitable for the construction of this phase.
