详情描述
A non-full-bore flowmeter is an automatic flow measurement instrument that employs the velocity-area method to continuously measure fluid flow in open-channel pipelines (such as semi-bore flow sewage pipes and large flow pipelines without overflow weirs). It can measure and display data such as instantaneous flow rate, velocity, and cumulative flow. It is particularly suitable for metering needs in places such as municipal rainwater, wastewater, and irrigation water pipelines.
I. Product Overview
A non-full-bore flowmeter is an automatic flow measurement instrument that employs the velocity-area method to continuously measure fluid flow in open conduits (such as semi-bore flow wastewater pipes and large flow pipes without overflow weirs). It can measure and display data such as instantaneous flow rate, velocity, and cumulative flow. It is particularly suitable for measuring needs in places such as municipal rainwater, wastewater, and irrigation water pipelines.
The Non-Full Pipe Flow Meter consists of an electromagnetic flow velocity sensor, an ultrasonic liquid level sensor, and a flow display instrument. It continuously measures the flow velocity and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline. Users only need to input the inner diameter of a circular pipe or the width of a square pipe, and the LDM-51 Non-Full Pipe Flow Meter will automatically calculate the flow inside the pipe and display the instantaneous flow, flow velocity, cumulative flow, and other measurement parameters.
Section II: Features and Functions
Suitable for measuring flow in open-tube, non-full-tube pipelines (round tubes, rectangular tubes, or other irregular shapes).
Continuous measurement for municipal stormwater, wastewater, sewage discharge, and irrigation water pipelines, etc.
Achieves bidirectional flow measurement, both forward and reverse.
The sensor can reliably operate in harsh field conditions and wastewater water quality for extended periods.
Flow Rate Measurement Range: 0.05-10 m/s
High accuracy in flow measurement, unaffected by downstream conditions, waterlogging, blockages, and other factors.
Large-screen, backlit LCD displays, allowing clear reading of measurement data in both bright sunlight and at night.
The instrument features complete display and output functions, capable of showing instantaneous flow rate, velocity, and cumulative flow data, and includes a computer communication interface 232, 485 (optional).
Features optional GSM and GPRS wireless data transmission function.
Features include power outage timer, count, and clock function.
