详情描述
Section 1: Overview of Submersible Electromagnetic Flow Meters
The MGG type submersible electromagnetic flowmeter is a set composed of an MGG type submersible electromagnetic flow sensor and an MGG type submersible electromagnetic flow converter, designed for continuous measurement of the volume flow of various conductive liquids in open channels, enclosed channels, or pipelines.
The MGG type submersible electromagnetic flowmeter is widely used in flow measurement for urban water supply and drainage, industrial wastewater discharge, sewage treatment, farmland irrigation, and water resources management departments.
Section 2: Features of Submersible Electromagnetic Flow Meters
The MGG type submersible electromagnetic flowmeter is suitable for measuring open channels, culverts, and rivers. It is applicable for channels of circular, rectangular, trapezoidal, and other shapes, and is unaffected by rising river levels, tides, or changes in downstream water levels.
Utilize simulated sensors (分流 model) to expand the flow measurement range

Section 5: Selection and Application Examples of Submersible Electromagnetic Flow Meters
When placing an order, ensure to correctly select an appropriate sensor based on the object being measured and the measurement conditions. Please note the following points:
The full-scale flow of the flowmeter should not be less than the high flow of the measured fluid, and the normal flow should exceed 50% of the range to achieve higher measurement accuracy.
② Electrode materials should be selected based on the corrosion condition of the medium being measured.
③ Sensor nominal bore size should be selected according to the following specifications:
Firstly, calculate the average flow rate within the sensor based on the high flow rate of the tested channel using formula ①.
Vm=353.7×(QM/D)
Equation ①: Vm ------------ Velocity of flow through the sensor at high flow rate (m/s)
Qm----------Flow rate of the tested channel (m³/h)
Nominal Bore Diameter (mm) of the Sensor
2) Then, calculate the head loss h using formula ②.
h=(V2×M)/2g
② In Equation ②: h - head loss (m)
g-gravity acceleration (g = 9.81 m/s²)
If the calculated h is greater than 0.3m, increase the nominal diameter of the sensor or add an emulation sensor.
④ When used in conjunction with simulation sensors, measure large flow rates. To avoid excessive water level differences, simulation sensors can be used for分流. The外形尺寸 and installation dimensions of the MGG/KL type submersible electromagnetic flowmeter simulation sensors are identical. When one sensor and one or several simulation sensors are used together, the actual flow rate is the product of the flow rate measured by the sensor and the multiplier, as shown in the simplified diagram (the number of simulation sensors plus 1).
For example, using both a sensor and a simulation sensor, the actual channel flow is twice the flow indicated by the sensor. This method can save on instrument costs. When both sensors are used together, their measurement accuracy is ±2.0%.
