The Quantitative Loading System is a system designed to connect various commonly used static grounding clips. This system is highly utilized in refineries, chemical plants, and some small to medium-sized oil depots, where loading operations are frequent. Enhancing the speed, accuracy, and safety of loading, as well as preventing phenomena such as overflow and static grounding, has always been a significant factor affecting loading operations. Now, in accordance with local safety supervision regulations, the loading and unloading processes are gradually being implemented with interlock control, and data is uploaded in real-time to the background monitoring system.
The system consists of on-site control and remote management sections. The on-site control section utilizes the SNKP-type quantitative loading control instrument to collect and control on-site instruments, while the remote management section employs industrial computers for centralized management. The two sections are connected via an RS485 bus, forming a distributed quantitative loading system. Operators can both set parameters, operate, and monitor on-site, as well as remotely monitor and manage from the dispatching room, achieving integrated control and management.
The system boasts a rational structure and comprehensive functionalities, supporting every step from order processing, picking up goods, loading onto trucks, inventory management, to accounting and reporting. Each stage is equipped with corresponding features. The system automatically alerts for errors and records operations, effectively preventing accidents and deterring manual fraud, thereby enhancing both operation and management.
