The hardware of this system's quantitative loading controller mainly consists of an integrated intelligent controller module, a liquid crystal operation panel (including an operation keypad), and other auxiliary devices (terminals, power supply, explosion-proof boxes, etc.). This hardware design and composition naturally endows the entire unit with many advantages over traditional systems composed of single-chip microcontroller integrated circuits.

Main functions include:

Portable batching truck loading

(1) Parameter Setting Function

The fueling instrument can adjust fuel dispensing parameters according to the oil delivery requirements, either through remote monitoring computers or the fueling instrument itself. These parameters include: flow coefficient, advance time, overshoot, valve opening delay time, fluid density, etc.

(2) Quantitative Oil Distribution Control

After confirming the working parameters of the loading meter, it will automatically complete the fuel dispensing process according to the set program. The fuel dispensing will stop automatically when the set amount is reached.

(3) Spill Protection Feature

Stop oil dispatch in case of oil spill.

(4) Grounding Protection Function

If the system is not grounded, oil discharge cannot be initiated, and if loading is in progress, oil discharge must be stopped.

(5) Power Failure Protection Function

In case of unexpected power outages during the oiling process, the oiling parameters can be saved, and oiling can be resumed after power is restored.

(6) Data Collection Function

The vehicle loading meter can collect flow meter pulse signals or standard current signals, can be connected to thermal resistance temperature signals via a transmitter, and can also be connected to overflow prevention, static grounding clips, and other switch signals.

(7) Sequential control function for valves and pumps

At the start of loading, valves (pumps) are sequentially opened according to the predetermined schedule. Upon reaching the predetermined quantity, valves (pumps) are then sequentially closed according to the scheduled order, completing the automatic loading operation.

(8) Emergency Stop Function

Emergency stop buttons are installed on both the trucking instrument and the remote monitoring screen. In case of an emergency during fueling, the operator can simply press the emergency stop button to immediately halt the fueling process.

(9) Remote and On-Site Real-Time Monitoring Features

The vehicle loading instrument is equipped with a high-brightness STN LCD display. During on-site operation, it displays the fueling process and the status of related equipment in real-time. For remote operation, the remote monitoring computer is synchronized with the vehicle loading instrument to display the fueling process and the status of related equipment in real-time.

(10) Remote/On-site Oil Mode Conversion Function

Generally, under normal circumstances, oil dispatch is done remotely via a supervisory computer. However, oil dispatch can also be conducted directly on-site as needed. Each loading instrument in this system is a complete unit for measurement, control, and display, operating independently of the supervisory computer.

(11) Power Supply to Field Instruments Function

This vehicle-mounted instrument also provides power output terminals, offering both 24VDC and 220VAC power types for on-site instruments such as flowmeters and valves.

(12) Communication Network Function

This vehicle loading instrument is an open system with robust communication and networking capabilities, allowing it to connect with host computers and other systems via Ethernet or RS485 networks.

(13) Equipment Self-Check Function

The system automatically detects the working status of the loading instrument, and the monitoring computer can remotely monitor the working status of the loading instrument. In case of a malfunction in the loading instrument, the system will automatically trigger an alarm.

(14) Operation Permission Settings

This vehicle loading instrument can be set with a three-level, six-digit operation password; correct password levels are required for operation.

(15) Password recognition function for fuel payment vouchers

Once the customer who is picking up oil enters the corresponding bill of lading number and password on the control panel, the system automatically identifies the customer's name, the quantity of oil to be picked up, vehicle number, and the name of the goods, etc.
