Plate Heat Exchanger

Plate heat exchangers are composed of high-efficiency heat transfer corrugated plates and frames. The plates are bolted between fixed and movable clamping plates, forming numerous channels inside the heat exchanger. They are sealed with rubber between the plates. The clamping plates have connections for external connections of this equipment. The plates are made from corrosion-resistant metal sheets, with corner holes for medium entry and exit, and hanging holes on top and bottom. The V-shaped corrugations increase fluid disturbance, allowing the fluid to reach turbulent conditions at low speeds, achieving high heat transfer efficiency. A special structure is used to ensure that the two fluid media do not leak into each other.
