Plate heat exchangers are composed of high-efficiency heat transfer corrugated plates and frames. The plates are bolted between fixed and movable clamping plates, forming numerous channels inside the exchanger. They are sealed with rubber between the plates. The clamping plates have connections for the equipment to be externally connected. The plates are made of corrosion-resistant metal sheets, with corner holes for medium entry and exit, and hanging holes at the top and bottom. The V-shaped corrugations increase fluid disturbance, allowing for turbulent flow at low speeds, achieving high heat transfer efficiency. A special structure is also used to ensure that the two fluid media do not leak into each other.
