Polypropylene corrosion-resistant tape

Polypropylene fiber anti-corrosion tape is a new type of environmentally friendly anti-corrosion product, representing the high level of cold-wrap anti-corrosion tape both internationally and domestically. It can be widely used in the anti-corrosion and repair projects of oil and gas, petrochemical, urban construction water supply and drainage, oil and gas transmission pipelines, and steel storage tanks.

The product is made of a unique modified polypropylene woven fiber fabric, with a butyl rubber-modified asphalt as the anticorrosive coating layer. The base material, with its fibrous structure, effectively resists creep damage caused by soil stress. Aging tests confirm a corrosion resistance life of over 50 years, with all test indicators significantly exceeding the requirements of the SY/T0414—98 standard. It fully meets the American ANSI/AWWA C209-00 and NACE MR0274-95 specifications. It is an excellent choice for cold anticorrosive pipeline construction tape and an economical option for corrosion protection.
