Bonding Body Corrosion-Resistant Tape

Elastomeric adhesive tape is a new anti-corrosion product specifically designed and researched for buried pipelines and other non-standard equipment requiring anti-corrosion protection, such as flanges, valves, and pumps. This product is a non-curing elastomeric polymer with unique cold flow properties, capable of self-repairing during the anti-corrosion and repair process, achieving complete protection. It does not require priming, has no peeling, cracking, or hardening, boasts strong adhesion, excellent chemical resistance, and no cathodic protection stripping, completely preventing moisture intrusion and microbial corrosion, thereby offering unique long-lasting effectiveness.

The adhesive-elastic sealant is easy to apply and requires minimal surface preparation. Hand sanding to St2 grade is sufficient for use. The materials are fully environmentally friendly, in line with modern anti-corrosion design concepts, and are an ideal product for corrosion protection. They are widely applicable in the repair of anti-corrosion coatings on oil pipelines, damage repair of 3PE coatings, and anti-corrosion protection for equipment like flanges, valves, and pumps.
