Construction process and main materials

The primary materials for EPDM poured elastic flooring are adhesive and rubber granules, as well as EPDM granules. The product characteristics, requirements for the base surface and construction techniques, are:

Strict requirements are sought. When using our company's products, please note the following points:

1. Check the feasibility of construction on the foundation: foundation flatness, drainage slope, compactness (the cement foundation grade cannot be lower than C20, and the asphalt foundation surface density compactness)

Ensure the site is dry before construction; over 90% dryness required.

2. Apply one coat of primer.

3. EPDM Mid-Layer Laying

Measure the position of the construction line according to the process requirements and set it in place.

b) Start from one side of the site and apply the adhesive in one go according to the site's width.

c) Apply glue at a consistent speed, and promptly fill in or level out any exposed bottom, dents, or bulges.

d) After curing, inspect the entire area to ensure the thickness of the surface adhesive is even.

4. EPDM Surface Laying: Minimize the interval between each bucket of adhesive during scraping to ensure a uniform and consistent curing speed.

5. Process line marking

Measure the location of the production line accurately according to the current track and field facility standards, then spray paint with polyurethane漆
