Particularly suitable for high-precision measurements, their unique characteristics make cast iron plates appear inferior.

Marble workbench material features:

Marble workbenches are a type of granite slab, sourced from the underground rock strata. They are made from "Jinan Qing" stone material through mechanical processing and hand polishing. They feature a black luster, dense structure, even texture, good stability, high strength, and high hardness. They can maintain high precision under heavy loads and general temperatures, and they are also rust-proof, wear-resistant, non-magnetic, and non-deformable. Granite slabs are suitable for measuring tools in machine factories. After tens of millions of years of natural aging, their form is extremely stable, so there is no need to worry about deformation due to regular temperature differences. The granite material, after rigorous physical testing and selection, has fine crystalline structure, hard texture, and compressive strength of up to 2290-3750 kg/square centimeter, with a Mohs hardness of 6-7 levels.

Marble workbench daily maintenance

1. The marble workbenches we use are very brittle, prone to damage from hard impacts or敲打. Therefore, when measuring workpieces or in use, it's crucial to handle them gently to prevent heavy items like iron from hitting the marble measuring surface. This helps avoid excessive凹坑, which can affect the normal use of the work surface and its aesthetic appeal.

2. When not in use for an extended period, marble workbenches should be wiped with a special lubricant on the working surface of the marble measuring tool. If no special lubricant is available, cooking oil can be used as a substitute. Before reuse, simply dry the surface with a soft cloth. For surface stains, use a mild腐蚀剂 like lemon juice or vinegar to clean the spots. Avoid using soap or baking soda as they can damage the essence of the marble workbench.

3. Avoid placing heavy items on the marble workbench surface for extended periods during use. The marble workbench used for the first time should be rebalanced again after two months of leveling.

Marble workbench routine maintenance

Marble workbenches should be cleaned regularly by wiping with a slightly damp cloth that contains a mild detergent. Use minimal water during cleaning and then dry with a clean soft cloth. Alternatively, use a liquid cleaner to gently wipe the surface; lemon juice or vinegar can be used to clean stains, but the lemon should not remain on the surface for more than 2 minutes. For minor scratches, use a specialized marble cleaner and care product. For severe dings or damage, it is recommended to have a professional repair the marble workbench.

Marble workbench regular maintenance

This maintenance method utilizes a system called the Stone Recrystallization System, which consists of two parts: one part is the mechanical tool component, and the other part includes some specialized chemical materials; the Marble Recrystallization System. Its basic principle is to combine certain specialized chemical materials with the surface structure and organization of the stone through frictional heat generated by mechanical action, resulting in a new, harder composite crystalline layer. Using this marble recrystallization system to maintain the working surface of marble instruments can enhance the wear resistance of the marble worktop surface, thereby extending the service life of the marble worktop. Generally, a maintenance session every two years is sufficient. However, due to variations in quality, the specific timing should be determined based on the degree of wear on the working surface.
