Marble right-angle ruler

A marble right-angle ruler is a measuring tool, commonly referred to as a square, and sometimes called a try square. It is used to check the perpendicularity of workpieces and the perpendicularity of their relative positions, and is also sometimes used for marking lines.

When using a marble right-angle ruler, it is not only important to consider the shape and position of the item being inspected, but also to note the following:

1. Grade 00 90° marble right-angled rulers are commonly used as a benchmark for verification tools in measurement sections.

2. 90-degree marble right-angle rulers in Grade 0 and 1 are commonly used for inspecting precision parts and adjusting instruments by inspectors.

3. Wide-base right-angle rulers are commonly used for on-site inspection of general parts.

4. When the surface to be inspected is curved, a 90° marble right-angle ruler with a flat measuring surface should be used for inspection.

5. When the inspected surface is flat, a cylindrical protractor or a knife-edge straight edge with a 90° angle should be used for inspection.

Marble right-angle rulers are prone to rust if not stored properly: No need to oil them during use. If not in use for a long time, apply a thin layer of general industrial oil gently when storing to prevent accuracy issues and ensure normal operation.
