Cast iron scales are categorized by structure into ribbed plate and box styles; by application, into inspection scales, marking scales, and sand pressing scales; and by accuracy level into 00, 0, 1, 2, and 3 grades, with grades 2 and above being inspection scales, and grade 3 being marking scales.

Cast Iron Weighing Scale Instructions:

Before use, clean the anti-rust oil from the work surface with non-corrosive gasoline and wipe it clean with degreased cotton yarn. Then, it is ready for use.

2. Temperature fluctuations can cause measurement errors; it should be used within the range of 20±5℃.

3. Adjust the level to be level during use, ensuring the fulcrum is evenly distributed across all fulcrum points.

Use with caution, prevent collisions.

5. Clean after use, apply a rust-inhibiting oil with no water acidity, cover with moisture-proof paper, and store in a clean and dry place.

6. Inspection Period: Extended inspection period of one year.
