Introduction to T-slot table:

The T-slot plate surface with T-slots is used to secure the workpiece being measured for accurate readings. The blank of the T-slot plate is produced according to technical drawings, followed by the creation of wooden or foam molds, material preparation, shaping, drying, casting, sanding, and then cleaning and inspecting each part of the blank. Subsequently, the T-slot plate undergoes mechanical processing, visual inspection, marking, machining, and inspection. The workpiece is then leveled, hand-scraped, and inspected by the quality department. Finally, the T-slot plate is finished externally, painted, packaged, and stored.

High-strength cast iron HT200-300, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240, has been processed by hand twice, ensuring stable precision and excellent wear resistance.
