Product Description:
Compressed air enters the wind knife and is blown out as a high-speed stream of air foil with a thickness of just 0.05 millimeters. Utilizing the principle of the Coandă effect and the unique geometric shape of the wind knife, this thin air curtain can deflect 30 to 40 times the ambient air, forming a thin, high-intensity, high-speed airflow barrier. The wind knife is divided into two types based on working mode: standard wind knife and super wind knife. The air curtain of the standard wind knife is blown out after being deflected 90 degrees, while the super wind knife blows the air curtain horizontally.

The design is based on wind tunnel effects, ensuring even airflow through the inner and outer sides of the spiral heating wire, resulting in high heat exchange rates, minimal air volume and pressure losses.
Utilizing NICr alloy 2080 nickel-chromium wire as the heating element, the air is evenly distributed without producing waste gases or special gases, in compliance with environmental protection standards.
Operating temperature: 700℃ (Continuous use: 600℃).
Multiple inlet and outlet diameter options meet various air volume requirements, with two choices of inlet methods on both sides and the top, for easy installation.
Cautionary Notes:
1. This hot air gun does not come with a fan. An external air source is required, which must be non-explosive. Compressors, centrifugal fans, and vortex fans can be used as air sources.
2. If using an air compressor to supply air source, the air source must be purified (water and oil filtration) first to prevent affecting the lifespan of the electric heating wire.
3. Please turn on the air source before heating.
4. Operating Environment: Below 40℃ and humidity below 90%.
