Product Overview
The Multi-Door High-Temperature Aging Cabinet is a non-destructive test for fully inspecting automotive instrument panels and vehicle lights. Its purpose is to select products with certain characteristics or to eliminate early-failure products, thereby enhancing product reliability. During the manufacturing process, due to material defects or process control issues, some products may exhibit so-called early defects or failures. If these defects or failures are removed early, it ensures the reliability level of the product in actual use. This test cabinet provides an automated detection method with independent temperature control zones, significantly improving test efficiency.

Configuration and structure
The aging room is constructed with color steel sandwich panels, featuring double doors and observation windows made of vacuum-fused glass.
