Glass-fiber Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Integrated Pre-fabricated Pump StationThe rapid emergence of multifunctional industrial, commercial, and civil buildings in recent years has spurred the swift development of the automatic water supply industry. However, there is an increasing demand for water quality, energy efficiency, noise levels, and equipment space. Integrated sewage lifting pump stations have revolutionized the traditional combination of pumps, pipes, valves, and control cabinets by truly achieving an integrated pump and tank system with new-style pumps and grates. Also known as integrated prefabricated pump stations, these stations are presented with glass fiber and other materials, meeting the modern design concepts for automatic water supply equipment. They occupy consistent spacing, require minimal space, and are energy-efficient. With the economic development and pursuit of aesthetics, these stations are pollution-free, noiseless, and avoid the drawbacks of traditional pump stations, such as large space requirements, noise, vibration, and complex installation procedures.

Traditional concrete pumping stations require coordination between civil construction parties, equipment suppliers, and installation teams. Numerous uncertainties make it difficult to achieve high-quality, standardized pumping stations. The lengthy construction period of 2-3 months is unacceptable. The large land area, need for dedicated personnel, susceptibility to leakage, sedimentation, and the inconvenience of odors pose challenges for pumping station managers.

Utilizing high-strength GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) cylindrical bodies, continuous N-technology pumps, and a self-cleaning pump pit bottom designed with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) methods, our factory-standardized components are installed with an intelligent control system for easy management. Applications: Factory wastewater discharge, commercial heavily polluted wastewater, residential sewage, hotel wastewater, exploration and mining auxiliary equipment, water supply and drainage for waterworks, urban sewage treatment plant water supply and drainage systems, civil defense system drainage, municipal engineering, and construction sites.

  FiberglassIntegrated wastewater lift stations are categorized based on the nature of wastewater, with distinct types including wastewater pumping stations, stormwater pumping stations, and combined pumping stations. Wastewater pumping stations commonly use centrifugal wastewater pumps. Stormwater pumping stations typically use axial flow pumps. For combined pumping stations, the large variation in flow rates between rainy and sunny days should be considered when selecting pumps, allowing for combinations of different types and flow rates to facilitate operation, but the variety of pump types should be limited. Helical pumps can also be used when the ground is more open, as they are more efficient, consume less energy, are less prone to clogging, and are easy to maintain, making them suitable for situations with high lift and low head. Small flow rate pumping stations usually operate automatically, while large flow rate pumping stations can be operated automatically or with a mix of manual and automatic operation.

Each precast pump station is designed based on the customer-provided data to ensure the operational conditions meet the usage requirements.

The precast pump station cylinder structure is made of fiber-wrapped fiberglass, ensuring uniform thickness and meeting design requirements, with stable and superior quality.

3: Component Standards

All components are pre-fabricated in our factory, including pressure pipelines, maintenance platforms, inlets and outlets for water pipes, and are tested before shipment to ensure the reliability of the components' quality.

4: Highly Integrated

Pre-engineered pump stations are provided as a complete package, including: pump station cylinders, pressure pipelines, maintenance platforms, access ladders, grating systems, coupling systems, ventilation equipment, and anti-slip manhole covers.

5: Aesthetically pleasing

The pre-fabricated pump station is fully buried underground, with only inspection holes and control cabinets left on the ground. An optional scenic management room can also be placed on the ground to blend with the surrounding environment.

6: Cost Savings

Pump stations are supplied as complete kits, with all internal installation and debugging work completed at the factory. On-site, only the overall installation of the pump station is required, significantly reducing the construction period and engineering costs, and lowering the overall investment for the owner.

7; Service Life

The pump station cylinder is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, and the internal accessories are made of SUS304 and hot-dipped galvanized anti-corrosion materials, requiring no maintenance.
