Qingdao Guangde New Material Co., Ltd. develops the Guangde brand GP-181 PVC with the support of technological colleges and its own research and development capabilities.

Hot stabilizer, independently developed by the company with proprietary intellectual property rights, is a zinc-based organic base (OBS) PVC environmentally friendly hot stabilizer that has undergone several years of research and application tests. Results show that it challenges traditional heavy metals, organotin, and calcium-zinc stabilizers in terms of thermal stability, transparency, environmental friendliness, and cost-effectiveness.
