Product Performance and Features

Our new thermal stabilizer is primarily composed of a polymer with a molecular weight of around 3000, which has excellent compatibility with PVC. When combined with other additives as auxiliary materials, it forms a comprehensive processing aid that offers thermal stability, lubricity, coupling, and toughness all in one.

•Excellent thermal stability, comparable to organic tin stabilizers and superior to traditional calcium-zinc stabilizers.

• Due to the presence of hydroxyl, amine, and ester groups in the molecular chain, it can absorb ultraviolet light, thereby exhibiting excellent weather resistance; its weather resistance performance is outstanding.

• Due to the presence of special elements in its molecules, it exhibits good coupling with inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate, featuring a low increase in density when increasing the amount of inorganic matter filled, which allows for the use of ordinary calcium carbonate as a substitute for active calcium carbonate.

• Its excellent plasticizing effect, high melt strength due to its toughening and melting promotion properties, meets the requirements for high-speed extrusion, improves production efficiency, and reduces production costs.
