Product Performance and Features

Our new heat stabilizer is primarily composed of a polymer with a molecular weight of around 3000, which exhibits excellent compatibility with PVC. When combined with other additives as auxiliary materials, it forms a comprehensive processing aid that integrates heat stability, lubricity, coupling, and toughness.

• Excellent thermal stability, comparable to organic tin stabilizers and superior to traditional calcium-zinc stabilizers.

• Due to the presence of hydroxyl, amine, and ester groups in the molecular chain, it can absorb ultraviolet light, thus exhibiting excellent weather resistance; its weather resistance performance is outstanding.

• Due to the presence of special elements in its molecules, it exhibits excellent coupling properties with inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate, allowing for a small increase in specific gravity while increasing the amount of inorganic fillings. It can be used as a substitute for active calcium carbonate with regular calcium carbonate.

• Excellent plasticizing effect with high melt strength, meeting the requirements of high-speed extrusion, enhancing production efficiency, and reducing production costs due to its toughening and melt-promoting properties.

• Excellent antioxidant properties significantly enhance the aging resistance of the product.

• Proprietary ion chelating technology fundamentally solves the initial discoloration and precipitation phenomena of current solid or liquid calcium-zinc stabilizers at home and abroad.
