Packaging Machine Manufacturer Analyzes How to Perform Knife Cutting on Packaging Machines

The cutting knives of the packing machine are divided into left, middle, and right knives. These three knives must move freely up and down within the cavity seat to ensure proper packaging. Otherwise, the machine will not function correctly. Therefore, regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial. The cleaning method is as follows:

Remove the tension springs from the middle and right knives.

Slide the upper plate slightly backward, remove the middle knife first, then the right knife.

3. Wipe the interior of the middle blade, right blade, and cavity seat clean.

4. First, install the right blade, followed by the middle blade, and then attach the spring.

Apply a small amount of light lubricant around the four sides of the middle, right, and left blades.

6. If the machine has been in use for a while and the middle and right blades cannot cut the packaging tape, adjust the middle blade closer to the right blade, ensuring that the middle blade can move up and down freely.

Maintain cleanliness and dryness within the machine at all times.

Do not place damp or dirty items on the machine's platform.
