Blow away the fluff under the composite frame hinge, clean the oil stains beneath the cloth roller, then blow away the fluff sent to the motor side. After that, perform cleaning work at the back of the machine, cleaning away the loose fibers in the winding disk and the floating fibers around the tensioner.

Clear dust and accumulated fluff between the slider and yarn edges, check if the guide pin and yarn guide are smooth, if the threading is correct, if the winch is functioning, if the tension proximity switch and damper are working, and if any screws are loose.

For the side supports, steel box side flanges, and composite frame side flanges, these three points should form a straight line. This is because the opening machine equipment operates at high speed with significant friction. Improper assembly of the side supports can lead to edge defects, which can be severe and easily cause wear on the steel box.
