During the packaging process of a packing machine, how exactly is the packaging carried out? As a manufacturer of automatic packing machines, let's take a closer look together with the editor!

The packaging process of the packing machine consists of four stages: conveying, tightening, cutting, and bonding.

During the conveyor process, the conveyor wheel rotates counterclockwise, utilizing the friction between the conveyor belt and the drive gear to push the packing belt forward along the conveyor track. This continues until the end of the packing belt touches the micro-switch of the stopper, causing the conveyor to stop and positioning the packing belt ready for sealing.

During the band tensioning process, the right paw lifts to press against the band end, while the conveyor wheel rotates clockwise, utilizing friction to guide the band along the track架. As the band is pulled out by the tension force, the blades in the track release, allowing the band to continuously exit until it is flush with the package surface. Concurrently, the tensioning arm swings downward, fully tightening the band.

Next is the cutting and singeing process, where the left paw rises two layers to secure the packaging tape. The isolation table retracts while the singeing head follows, initiating the heating of the ends of the packaging tape. This is when the pressure block rises to cut the tape.

Then comes the bonding process. The hot head retracts from its original position, while the pressure block continues to rise, pressing the two layers together with heated packaging tape, completing the packaging action.
