How to Operate a Fiber Cutting Machine

Prior to operation, check for any foreign objects in front, behind, and around the machine to prevent accidents; ensure the power supply is correctly connected before turning on; thoroughly inspect the tightness of all bolts, the tension of the chain and belt, and the compatibility between the power source and the cutting blade before starting. Make sure the shearing motor operates correctly in the correct direction before initiating the feeding motor.

If you encounter material entanglement or shearing during operation, do not pull with your hands; always shut off the power and stop the machine. Clean up the area before resuming production. Should you notice unusual noises or vibrations during operation, immediately stop the machine for inspection and resolve any issues before continuing. After completion of production, clean any foreign objects from the machine to ensure its safety.
