Product Introduction:

This silicone key cap, produced using the drop molding process, primarily serves a decorative purpose. Made from environmentally friendly, wear-resistant synthetic silicone rubber, it poses no harm to users and also protects keys from scratches. Through molding and drop molding techniques, various styles, colors, and patterns of silicone key cap products can be manufactured.

●Product Advantages:

Silicone key caps offer buffering effects, protecting against scratches, friction, and waterproof/fire-resistant isolation. They are highly wear-resistant and can withstand extreme temperatures.

● Production Process:

Ensure all equipment is clean during the silicone drip process to prevent impurities, waves, and pockmarks from appearing on the surface after the glue solidifies.

2. The glue ratio must be weighed accurately, and the glue must be thoroughly mixed. Otherwise, it will lead to incomplete curing of the droplets and an extended curing time.

3. Maintain humidity in the silicone dipping work environment below 68%. It's not recommended to perform silicone dipping on rainy days, as excessive humidity in the air can directly cause oxidation on the adhesive surface. In situations where production is tight, consider using an air dehumidifier.

4. Liquid silicone products should be stored in a drying area, with the temperature maintained between 28-40°C.
