Geotextile Mat

Geotextile mat is a new type of geosynthetic material made by melting and laying random fibers. It is highly pressure-resistant with a large pore density, featuring water collection and horizontal drainage capabilities. Its composition structure consists of a three-dimensional geotextile core, with both sides equipped with needle-punched perforated nonwoven geotextiles. The three-dimensional geotextile core can quickly drain groundwater and also has a pore maintenance system that can block capillary water under high loads. Additionally, it serves as a separation and reinforcement function.

Utilizing their unique drainage capabilities, the water is sequentially discharged from the interlayer of the geomembrane pads in accordance with engineering specifications, preventing blockages. Consequently, it can avoid potential sliding issues that may arise due to the soil cover layer becoming saturated with water.

3. Geotextile mats can both drain and release methane gas produced by fermentation in soil (especially waste and garbage), making them particularly suitable for use in landfill sites.

4. When used in conjunction with HDPE, geotextile pads effectively protect the HDPE film from being pierced.
