GXL Series Intelligent Tensile Testing Machine

This machine is an easy-to-use tensile testing instrument suitable for various industries such as textiles, rubber, plastics, synthetic leather, tapes, adhesives, plastic films, composites, electronics, and metals. It performs a variety of tests including tension, compression, bending, shearing, peeling (90 and 180 degrees), and tearing to determine product quality. The machine features a simple structure and easy operation, making it suitable for placement on a workbench. It utilizes an electronic control system that is controlled by a speed regulator to rotate a variable-speed motor, which then drives a screw to lift and lower a load sensor, completing tension or compression tests on the sample. Force values are output by the sensor, with feedback displayed on the screen, and the test displacement is shown in real-time. It can store the results of 10 test reference points, automatically calculate the average, and automatically capture the maximum value and the force at break. The machine is easy to operate and is particularly suitable as a quality control instrument on production lines. This series is primarily used for testing non-metallic and metallic materials with a load of less than 2000N.

Testing Principle: The sample is clamped between the two jaws of the fixture, which move relative to each other. Force value sensors located on the moving jaw and the machine's built-in displacement sensors collect the changes in force and displacement during the test process, thereby calculating performance indicators such as tensile strength, tear resistance, and deformation rate of the sample.
