Shelf Product Description
After processing each component, the finished product is assembled following phosphatization, acid washing, sanding, and the classic electrostatic spraying technique.
The shelves can be adjusted up and down at a distance of 75mm, offering easy assembly and disassembly.
*The shelf pillars are formed by cold-rolled steel plates through a specialized cold bending machine, with double-row holes punched on the front for use with cross beams spaced 75mm apart; two pillars are assembled together with a transverse connecting pipe and an incline connecting pipe in the middle, forming the pillar panels of the shelving unit.
The shelf steel deck is made by bending cold-rolled steel sheets to the required dimensions on all four sides.
The beam and pillar panels are assembled to form a frame, followed by the installation of steel deck plates, completing the formation of a set of complete medium-sized shelves.
