Shelving Product Description

After processing all parts, they are assembled into finished products following phosphatization, acid washing, polishing, and the classic electrostatic spraying technique.

*The shelves can be adjusted up and down at a 75mm spacing; easy to disassemble and install.

*The shelf posts are formed by cold-rolled steel plates through a specialized cold bending machine, with double-row holes punched on the front face for use with cross beams at 75mm intervals; two posts are assembled into shelf post panels with a transverse connecting pipe and an inclined connecting pipe placed between them.

The shelf steel deck is bent and shaped from cold-rolled steel plates to the required dimensions.

The beam and pillar panels are assembled to form a framework, followed by the laying of steel sheet panels, thereby completing a set of complete medium-size shelves.

Commonly used for storing small to medium-sized, heavier goods; single-layer load capacity preset is between 150kg-800kg.

Widely used in various scenarios primarily involving manual handling, storage, and picking operations, for storage and display purposes.
