Shelving Product Description

After processing each component, the finished product is assembled through phosphatizing, acid washing, polishing, and classic electrostatic spraying technology.

The shelves can be adjusted up and down at a spacing of 75mm, and are easy to assemble and disassemble.

*The shelf posts are formed by cold-rolled steel plates through a specialized cold bending forming machine, with double rows of holes punched on the front face for 75mm spacing to connect crossbeams; two posts are assembled into a shelf post section with a transverse connecting pipe and an inclined connecting pipe placed between them.

The shelf steel deck is cold rolled steel, bent to the required size with all four sides folded.

The beam and pillar plates are assembled to form a framework, followed by the installation of steel deck plates, completing the formation of a set of medium-sized shelves.
