PE pipes utilize hot melt and electric hot melt connections, achieving an integrated interface with the pipe material and effectively resisting internal and external pressures. PE pipe materials do not contain heavy metal salt stabilizers, ensuring they are non-toxic, non-scaling, and do not breed bacteria, thus preventing secondary contamination of drinking water. The packaging, transportation, and storage of PE pipe fittings are often overlooked by many manufacturers. In fact, many damages to pipe materials occur due to improper packaging and storage during transportation. Today, the PE pipe manufacturer will discuss what to pay attention to during the packaging, transportation, and storage processes:

Packaging

Pipe materials are packaged as agreed upon by both parties; pipe fittings can be packaged together or individually to prevent damage and contamination. Generally, each packaging box should contain fittings of the same type and specification, and an inner lining bag should be included within the box.

II. Transportation

When transporting piping materials, avoid severe impacts, throwing, exposure to direct sunlight, deformation under force, dragging, abrasion, and damage from sharp or hard objects. Additionally, prevent contamination from oil and chemicals.

Section 3: Storage

Materials should be stored in a warehouse with flat ground, good ventilation, dryness, cleanliness, and adequate fire protection, away from heat sources, and protected from direct sunlight. Keep away from oil stains and chemicals. Piping should be neatly stacked, with a maximum height of no more than 1.5 meters. Storage should be well-ventilated, not exposed to the open air, prevent long-term inventory, and follow the first-in, first-out principle.
