Manufacturing and Sales: PVC pipes and fittings; PE pipes...

PE pipes are a term that's becoming increasingly familiar, but have you ever heard of valve connections for PE pipes? Today, I'll explain this to you.
1. Copper gate valves: Copper gate valves are typically flanged, with the method similar to "flanged valves." If encountering a gate valve with an internal thread (usually for small pipe diameters), then an external thread should be directly installed on the pipeline, with the installation method being the same as "screw valves."
2. Screw Valves: Generally, screw valves are female-threaded. Therefore, you need to install a male threaded adapter on the pipeline, which is then heat-welded to the PE pipe, and subsequently connected to the screw valve with the screw threads.
3. Flange Valve: Since the flange valve comes with a flange on the valve body, you simply need to install a support ring and a corresponding flange disc on the PE pipe, and it's ready to be mounted. The support ring requires thermal fusion connection, while the flange disc is connected to the flange valve bolts.
So much has been discussed about the basics of PE pipes. I wonder if everyone has grasped the information. Should you have any questions, feel free to call us for consultation.
