Ecological Dutch Bricks

Bread bricks, also known as Dutch bricks, originated in the Netherlands. During the Dutch' process of reclaiming land for cities, they discovered that the ground would continuously sink over time due to lack of moisture after the sea water was drained. Once the sea dykes were breached, the sea water would rapidly flood the city, which was much lower than sea level, submerging the coastal city entirely. To prevent further ground sinking, the Dutch created small pavement bricks measuring 100mm in length, 200mm in width, and 50-60mm in height, and laid them on the streets with a 2mm gap between each brick. This allowed rainwater to seep into the ground through the gaps between the bricks. This is the famous Dutch brick that was later developed.
Following this, Shub洛克 USA invented a brick that, when saturated with water, would drain the moisture underground. However, the drainage speed of this brick is slow, and it offers little help during heavy rain. This brick is also known as the Shub洛克 pavement brick.
In the 1990s, the Shuboloko brick emerged in China. Our technical staff invented a type of paving brick with numerous permeable holes, allowing excellent water permeability. Rainwater flows through the tiny holes in the bricks into the ground.
After some time, to enhance the compressive and flexural strength of the bricks, technicians used crushed stone as the raw material, mixed with cement and adhesive additives to meet the permeability and strength requirements for urban road surfaces. These bricks are the permeable bricks used on municipal roadways. Compared to ceramic permeable bricks fired from ceramics, these bricks are relatively more affordable.
Due to the good permeability of Dutch bricks, they are widely used in urban road renovations. It is also a popular industry for many investors to invest in.

Non-slip: The surface of the bread brick is rough enough for slip resistance in rainy and snowy weather.
