The machine achieves a high qualified granulation rate of 80-90%, suitable for various different formulas.

Organic fertilizer has higher compressive strength than round disc and drum, with a ball rate less than 15%. The particle size symmetry can be adjusted according to customer requirements through the machine's variable speed function. The machine is more suitable for granulating organic fertilizer directly after fermentation, saving the drying process and significantly reducing production costs.
