Advantages of Extrusion Granulation:
1) Energy-saving and Consumption Reduction: Granulation by extrusion is a process that takes place at room temperature, unlike other methods, it does not require fuel, gas, or other drying measures.
2) No additional adhesive needed; the domestic method for producing compound fertilizers is steam granulation. Water vapor condenses and crystallizes between the material molecules, acting as a binder during the granulation process. However, it is essential to expel water from the interior and surface of the granules during the drying process, or they will tend to stick and clump during storage. Dry granulation, on the other hand, does not require any additional additives; it simply utilizes the intermolecular forces of the material, simplifying the process and reducing energy consumption.

3) Lower Investment: Due to the elimination of the drying process and a lower return material ratio (about 15% of the total feed material for the extruder), the process is simplified, resulting in lower investment.
4) Flexible Raw Material Composition: The granulation process has a broad range of raw material routes and has been successfully applied to over 20 types of materials for granulation, including ammonium nitrate, urea, ammonium chloride, calcium nitrate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, and more. Additionally, the granulation process allows for flexible changes in product formulations within an extremely short time frame, with a single unit capable of producing over 30 different formulations.

5) Environmentally friendly with no three waste emissions, capable of granulating from extrusion, powered solely by electricity. This aligns with the country's basic national policy on environmental protection and is in line with the company's development strategy towards environmental friendliness.
