I. Product Introduction

A tracked turner is a type of large-scale turner, featuring a hydraulic operating system, lever-type steering wheel operation, tracked movement, sturdy and durable, powerful in power, advanced in technology, high in production capacity, and strong in turnover capability. It includes hydraulic lifting and lowering of the turnover drum for easy adjustment, high level of automation, and simple operation. It is a turnover equipment used in the aeration fermentation conversion of organic materials into organic fertilizer.

2.1 Application

The FD-2600 type stacker is used for the fermentation production process with ground pile stacking, which is a machine for turning, crushing, aerating, and rearranging materials.

2. Small-radius steering technology, paired with hydraulic assist balancing device, allows for a large vehicle body to operate with agility, convenient for site operations.

4. Utilizing our company's hydraulic balancing technology, ensures the stacker adjusts its four wheels automatically on uneven terrain, enhancing site adaptability.

5. Adjust the pile turnover shaft ground distance using a hydraulic method. Prevent the pile turnover shaft from contacting the ground heavily.
