Section 3: Structure - Our series of bookshelves are available with heights ranging from 1950 to 2250mm, spacing lengths from 850 to 1000mm, widths from 40 to 60mm, and standard layers of 6, with a layer spacing of 320mm. The materials are all cold-rolled steel, with column thickness of 1.2mm, shelf and hanging board thickness of 1.0mm, top and side panels at 0.8mm, and the base at 1.0mm. We can customize designs according to customer requirements. The main components of the steel bookshelf's structure are divided into four parts: columns, shelves, bases, and accessories. Each shelf is divided into two pieces for assembly, making them movable for easy installation and removal, enhancing the loading capacity with each shelf supporting up to 80 kg evenly. The hanging board holes on the columns are evenly spaced according to the required number of layers, with a uniform layer spacing. Book stops can be installed at both ends of the shelves to prevent books from toppling, and bookshelves with double sides have additional book stops in the middle to prevent books from shifting and disrupting the arrangement. The base structure is a welded, assembled unit to enhance the base's strength and stability.
