• Principle
The extracted gas enters the liquid ring vacuum pump through the suction port, is compressed within the pump, and then mixed with some working fluid before entering the gas-liquid separator for separation. The gas is discharged through the exhaust port, while the working fluid is recirculated by the liquid ring pump after passing through a heat exchanger.
The system generates heat during operation, including: heat from the intake gas; heat released during the compression of the intake gas; and the inefficiency of the vacuum pump's power. The closed-loop circuit structure affects the release of heat. The main function of the heat exchanger is to cool the working fluid with cooling water, maintaining the working fluid temperature within a reasonable range.
