LML Colored Asphalt Road Spraying
Utilizing water-based, two-component, high-wear road anti-slip materials with color road surface, odorless and non-irritating, certified by LEED environmental protection, applied through embedded spraying method.
The coating material consists of three layers: base, middle, and top, each applied twice, with an average thickness of 0.8-1.1MM.
Drying Time: Open after 1-2 hours of drying at around 25°C. It is recommended to extend the curing time for the colored pavement to achieve the best results.
Technical Specifications:
This product has been tested by the Ministry of Transport's Inspection Center and the China Construction Department's Central Institute of Construction, and its film appearance, water resistance, low-temperature crack resistance, skid resistance, and environmental protection requirements meet the relevant provisions of the traffic industry standard JT/T712-2008 "Road Anti-Slip Coating" for cold-coated coatings.

Optimal Construction Temperature: 10°C - 35°C

Coating Application Process:
1. Off-limits construction area
2. Road sweeping and cleaning
3. Mark the datum lines according to the design drawings and position the lines.
4. Surroundings are properly lined with shielding tape.
5. Bottom coat mixing and spraying
6. Intermediate coating mixing and spraying (the second coat must be fully dried before proceeding to the next step).
7. Surface Mixing, Spraying
8. Custom logo painting, protective film spraying.
9. Open traffic.
