Pressure-while-running (PWR) hole-making is a safe, eco-friendly, economic, and efficient in-service pipeline maintenance and emergency repair technology, suitable for normal maintenance and renovation, as well as emergency repairs of various media pipelines such as refined oil and chemical substances (including operations like pressure maintenance, replacement of corroded pipe sections, installation of equipment, and distribution transformation, etc.).
And this is a method of creating interfaces on pipes and containers, where the pipes and containers are under pressure or in use during the drilling process. An additional branch pipe is added for input or output material, with temperature probe monitoring points set for providing connection points to equipment (blocking equipment). Drilling does not require shutdown, thereby not affecting production or material supply. Petrochemical industry applications: hydrocarbons, heavy and light oils, diesel, crude oil, engine oil, flammable and explosive gases, and a variety of chemical products.
