Adhering to the philosophy of "Financial Services for Life," it aims to transform the entire office space into a luxurious one, with particular emphasis on the front desk, to showcase the broad scope of the company's business and extensive industry reach to clients.
Design Concept
Designers reviewed a substantial number of financial firms'Office RenovationDesigns, ultimately chose marble as the material for the front desk renovation. This material not only exudes elegance but is also aesthetically pleasing. Moreover, a city outline diagram was designed at the front desk, reflecting the broad business scope and extensive industry influence of the company. A modern minimalist style was created, adhering to a simple, grand, and well-lit office environment with distinctive features.
Design & Renovation
Next to the front desk is a large floor-to-ceiling window, accompanied by a thoughtful waiting area; additionally, the entire lobby is well-lit and offers a panoramic view of the Tencent Building.
Futian office renovation design
Office is a silent language, representing the company's image, taste, and strength! As the highest-ranking official in the enterprise, the Chairman's office renovation cannot be taken lightly. The large floor-to-ceiling windows broaden the office's view, while the mural and lighting behind the desk are in gold, complemented by black-toned furniture, all showcasing the owner's status.
In this clean and minimalist open-plan office space, the designer simplifies complexity, combining simplicity with fashionable elements to set a tone of openness, transparency, and vitality. The overall layout is well-structured with clear pathways, and the soft white lighting is incredibly comfortable. The design of the pipes and lighting complement each other. Working in such an open office must be a great pleasure.
