Operating Principle:
This unit is composed of several parts, including the crushing main unit, cyclone separator, pulse dust collector, and centrifugal fan. Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed hopper.
The material is crushed through the interaction and collision between the rapidly rotating active disk and the fixed toothed disk, and the fineness of the crushed material can be adjusted by changing the classification impeller of the grading variable speed transmission.
The rotation speed is adjusted to achieve the desired fineness; the faster the grading impeller rotates, the finer the discharge. The well-ground material is then subjected to the force of rotating centrifugal force and induced draft fans.
Enter the cyclone separator room, discharge after passing through the fan, dust enters the pulse dust collector, filtered by the filter tube and then recycled for reuse. The machine is designed to meet "GMP" standards.
