Widely used in the food chemical industry for mixing powdered or paste-like materials.

Operating Principle:

The horizontal screw blade mixer consists of an U-shaped container, screw blade agitation blades, and transmission components; the screw-shaped blades are generally made in a double or triple-layer design.

The outer helix gathers material from both sides towards the center, while the inner helix transports material from the center to the sides, creating a convectional mixing effect.

Screw conveyor mixers are highly effective for blending sticky or cohesive powdery materials, as well as for mixing liquids and pasty substances into powdery materials.

The cylinder cap can be designed as a full-open door for easy cleaning and product replacement of the equipment.
