
I. Usage
High-efficiency granulating mixer is a new granulation technology adopted by China's food and chemical industry. This machine integrates mixing and granulation, with the greatest advantage being its fast granulation speed and excellent effect.
Widely applied in the following industries:
1. Industrial tablet production, providing ideal granular raw materials for the tabletting process.
2. Granulation in the food industry: including chemical seasonings, dairy products, spicy and aromatic seasonings, spices, acidulants, food additives, food colors, granulated beverage powders, etc.
3. Pelletized Feed: including feed additives, fish feed, and livestock feed.

The entire process consists of two steps: blending and granulation.
1. Powdered materials enter the material pot from the top of the conical hopper. Once the hopper is closed, the powder rotates within the container under the agitation of the mixing paddle, while the material changes direction along the conical wall, gradually forming a liquid bridge. Under the compression, friction, and kneading effects of the paddle blades and cylinder wall on the material, it gradually transforms into a loose consistency. Subsequently, the discharge gate is opened, and the wet granules are propelled out of the hopper by the centrifugal force of the paddle blades.
2. Therefore, these soft granular structures are not formed by forced extrusion but by the cutting of the granulating blade. The soft material is cut into fine and uniform particles in a semi-fluid state, achieving mutual transformation of the material.

1. This unit features a bedroom cylinder construction with a rational structure.
2. Fully sealed drive shaft; can switch to water for cleaning.
3. Fluidized bed granulation, granules are approximately spherical with good fluidity.
4. Reduces adhesive by 25% compared to traditional processes, with a shortened drying time.
5. Each batch is dried and mixed for 2 minutes, granulated for 1-4 minutes, and its efficiency is 4-5 times higher than traditional technology.
6. Completed within the same closed container: dry mix - wet mix - granulation, process streamlined, in compliance with GMP standards.
